Special voting procedures are available if you have a permanent or temporary illness or disability that makes it difficult or impossible for you to vote at a voting place.

All of your registration and voting needs can be handled by mail.

To vote by mail, you must complete an Application for an Advance Ballot by Mail and mail or fax it to the Hodgeman County Clerk's office.

Assistance with advance voting





If you have permanent physical disabilities or illnesses, you are permitted to automatically receive advance ballots before every election. Complete the Application for Permanent Advance Ballot Status and send it to the Hodgeman County Clerk's office.

If you are unable to mark or transmit an advance ballot due to illness, disability, or lack of proficiency in the English language, you may receive assistance from another person. The person giving assistance must sign a statement and return both the statement and the advance ballot to the Hodgeman County Clerk's office by the time the polls close on Election Day.
